Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or lock-in periods.
Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it reverts to the free Starter tier — your listings, rep connections, and data are preserved. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
Never. We don't take a percentage of any deal, commission, or sale you make through the platform. We charge manufacturers a flat subscription fee — that's it. All rep agreements are between you and the rep directly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfers, and invoice billing for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate — you save 20% compared to monthly billing. You can cancel before the renewal date for a full refund on any unused months within the first 30 days.
