Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Listings & content

Manufacturers represent that listing information is truthful and that they have authority to seek independent sales representatives for the products described. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Platform.

No agency relationship

Free Agent Medical is a marketplace for introductions only. We are not a party to contracts between manufacturers and independent reps, and we do not guarantee hiring outcomes.

Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
